Outsourcing Ideas for Recruiters

One industry that has really been able to take advantage of offshoring in recent years is recruiting.  We’ve run numerous campaigns working with recruiters, HR managers, and small business owners, all aimed at getting new employees.  Here are a few tips and strategies I’ve seen used effectively with remote employees.

  • Craigslist – There are really many different ways to use this online classified giant to find job candidates.  One of the most successful I’ve seen is checking the resume section in the lower right hand side of the page.  Then you can have an outsourcer screen those leads for particular criteria and call or email them to generate interest or set appointments.
  • If you already have access to a program like monster.com a remote agent can help you save time combing through results.
  • Have someone else schedule your appointments.  You will need to build out and end to end process, but having a remote worker call job seekers and set appointments for you to meet them can be a huge time saver.
  • There are many follow up tasks that take up your time in recruiting.  Making follow up calls to companies and applicants, scheduling interviews, keeping track of information.  All of these things are process based and with the right set up and process in place can easily be taken off your plate.
